John Burke is a chef who trained in Vancouver, and has been honing his craft for nearly 20 years. John began his career at the prestigious Wedgewood Hotel in Vancouver, and has worked in the kitchens at Pastis (Vancouver), Cru (Vancouver), Hillside Bistro (Penticton), and the Penticton Lakeside Resort. He also honed his butchery skills at A&K Grimm’s Sausage in Penticton.

John is eager to showcase his style of cooking with the people of Penticton, and is excited to share a smile, a laugh and a story or two with his guests.

Lisa Baxter-Burke has been a part of the hospitality business for 20 years. A seasoned wine professional, she is thrilled to work alongside her husband and BFF to bring delicious food and wine to Penticton.

Kathy Malone has been a winemaker for more than 30 years, and is excited to bring her expertise to Front Street Brasserie. Kathy is extremely well-traveled, and has experienced the joys of food and wine pairing all over the world, and she is delighted to create pairing experiences that our guests will never forget.
